blinc 'Revolutionary Tubes' Mascara *SPECIAL PRICE*
blinc mascara (formerly called "Kiss Me") is not an oil-based paint like most mascaras. It is the world's original mascara formulation to form tiny "tubes" around your lashes that cannot smudge, run, clump or flake and require only water to remove.

APPLYING BLINC MASCARA
Apply it like any other mascara. It is important that you do not use conditioners, lotions, etc (unless using blinc Lash Primer)... before applying the mascara . blinc mascara requires a dry, clean surface in order to adhere properly. When blinc mascara sets (about 2 minutes), it will form tiny water-resistant "tubes" around your lashes that give volume and length. Unlike traditional mascaras, you do not let it set before applying another coat. Keep adding coats until you are satisfied with the volume, length and degree of lash separation before the mascara sets. Once it sets, you can no longer build.

WEARING BLINC MASCARA
With blinc mascara, you will not have to re-apply mascara throughout the day. Whether your daily activities take you from the office, to your workout and then out to dinner, blinc mascara will look as good in the evening as it did when you first applied it in the morning.

REMOVING BLINC MASCARA:
When it's time to remove, blinc mascara only requires a combination of lots of warm water and gentle pressure. Pressure alone is not enough, and water alone is not enough. Blinc eyeliner was created to form a water-resistant layer of colour that contours your eyes. Since Blinc is not a cosmetic paint like conventional eyeliners, it cannot fade, smudge, run or flake, even if you rub your eyes.

Only when you are ready for removal, the layer of colour will effortlessly slide off your skin without the use of harsh make up removers.

The intense colour creates a dramatic look that lasts all day. Ideal for those with sensitive eyes, contact lens wearers, performers and active people.

For best results use blinc eyeliner on clean dry skin. Apply one or more layers within 1 minute. Once set, additional layers cannot be applied. Neither water alone nor pressure alone will remove blinc eyeliner.

Only the combination of warm water and gentle pressure from a cotton pad will slide the layer of colour effortlessly off your skin.

Blinc eyeliner does not penetrate into your skin and leaves no tint or residue build up, making is safe for daily use.
